Refund Policy

We collect an advance amount of Rs 700 for reservation of a slot. The details of our refund policy are as follows:

• This advance amount is fully refundable (except convenience charges of the payment gateway, if any).
• Refund is applicable if booking is cancelled or we are informed about cancellation at least 48 hours before the slot time.
• Refund is usually initiated within 24 hours and may take 3-5 working days to reflect.
